Eco-friendly neutral curing agent "EcoHard"

Quickly solidify sludge and mud! No change in pH due to treatment! Modified to optimal soil for vegetation.

"Eco Hard AII" is an environmentally friendly neutral solidifying agent with gypsum as its main component. It does not leach heavy metals such as hexavalent chromium, meets soil environmental standards, and can be used safely. There is no change in pH due to solidification treatment, so there is no adverse effect on the surrounding environment from rainwater and other sources. When mixed with sludge, a hydration reaction begins, and solidification occurs within 1 to 2 hours. It is also characterized by the ability to process quickly without the need for a curing process. Additionally, by using granulating materials to achieve solidification and granulation simultaneously, it is possible to impart moderate water retention and permeability to the treated soil, transforming it into soil suitable for vegetation. 【Features】 ■ Fast setting and hardening ■ Simultaneous solidification and granulation, providing moderate water retention and permeability to treated soil ■ pH remains the same as the original sludge! Transformed into soil optimal for vegetation ■ No fish toxicity in treated soil ■ Certain effectiveness on high-water-content clay and organic clay *For more details, please refer to the catalog. Case study of the environmentally friendly soil solidification material "Harden S".

Restoring the farmland and returning it to rice paddies! Introducing examples of coastal disaster recovery construction projects.

We would like to introduce a construction case of the environmentally friendly soil solidification material "Harden S," which effectively utilizes recycled resources. Due to the earthquake, dredging was carried out in the coastal areas around the island that had become shallower. Because there was no place for the dredged soil, it was unloaded onto the island. After temporary storage, it was improved and used for raising the ground level. The entire island's ground sank by about 30 cm due to the earthquake, resulting in poor drainage in the area where the dredged soil was temporarily stored. The topsoil was removed to a depth of 30 cm, and the foundation was raised by 30 cm with improved soil, after which the topsoil was returned to restore it as rice paddies. 【Construction Case】 ■ Project Name: Miyagi Prefecture Sendai Regional Promotion Office Coastal Disaster Recovery Project ■ Delivery Date: From February 2015 ■ Location: Kankazawa Island, Shiogama City, Miyagi Prefecture ■ Soil Improvement Material Used: Harden S, 5,760 tons ■ Land Condition: Sludge and muddy soil with high water content *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
